Exercise No. 3
Starting from our lap, we use the other hand to lift the arm to the keyboard at the start. Throw the hand from the short notes to the long but do not hold the arm in position once you land – the arm simply hangs from the holding finger (which is flat, all knuckles collapsed, the fingers not involved aligned over their respective adjacent keys).
