The arm leads the hand (RH). A thumb-under legato approach for the ascending arpeggio is problematic for small hands. Instead, shift the arm across from one hand position to the next, allowing a small rotary release from the 4th finger to the thumb: The 4th finger on the descending part of the sextuplet group (LH) allows the most natural transition to the next group.
