Inverted Five Finger Exercise

This genius anti-finger exercise consists of the first five notes of the major scale, ascending then descending (vice versa in the LH). Experience it as a throw generated from the arm, the hand choreographed so that each finger touches a specific spot on the key surface. Again, the fingers are passive.
