Turina - Fiesta (from Miniatures)

Fiesta is one of a set of eight pieces entitled Miniatures by Spanish composer Joaquín Turina. It makes a very effective recital piece for the intermediate pianist, containing elements of showmanship (especially in the repeated notes) and display but also calling for imagination and the ability to paint a picture in sound.
