The Trio

The method for learning the trio is the same as that for learning the first part of the waltz. Since we have already discussed that process in detail, we will give just a short outline here of the recommended steps to go through in learning the trio. Learn the right hand together with the bass line only of the left hand (without the jumps). In phrase B1, it is important to play the grace notes together with the bass note, on the beat.
